Application and Leasing
How do I apply for an apartment in your complex?
To apply at Araceli, start on our Floor Plans page. Browse layouts, then click “See All Details” on the option you like. A pop-up will appear with details like availability. From there, click “Apply Now” to move forward with our secure online application process.
What documents do I need to provide for the application process?
During the application, you’ll be asked to provide a photo ID, pay stubs, your address history (current and past), phone number, SSN, and more information for all applicants. If applicable, you’ll also provide pet information and vehicle information.
What are the income requirements to qualify for an apartment?
To qualify, applicants must meet the income requirement of 2 times the monthly rent.
What is the lease term for the apartments?
We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 12 to 15 months, so you can choose the option that fits your timeline and lifestyle best.
Can I sublease my apartment?
To help keep our community comfortable and well cared for, subleasing isn’t permitted at Araceli.
Is renters’ insurance required?
Yes, renters’ insurance is required at Araceli for all residents. If you have questions about coverage, our team is always here to help.
How do I renew my lease?
When it’s time to renew, the office will reach out and send your lease renewal via email.

Are there move-in or application fees?
Yes, we charge a $35 application fee to get your application started and keep everything moving smoothly toward your move-in.
Are there services to help with the move-in process?
Yes, we’ll reserve the loading elevator for you, and have wagons and bell carts ready to help make move-in day easier.
Are there any restrictions on decorating or modifying the apartment?
We want your apartment to feel like home from day one, so painting and wall hangings can be placed up at Araceli to help you personalize your space to reflect your style.
What happens if I need to break my lease?
If you find that you need to end your lease early, we’re here to help make the process clear. A 60-day notice is required, and there is a two-month termination fee.
How much notice is required before moving out?
When you’re getting ready to move out, a 60-day notice is required to help everything stay smooth and well coordinated.
What is the process for moving out?
To begin the move-out process, turn in your notice and provide a forwarding address.
How long does it typically take to receive the security deposit refund?
After move-out, your security deposit refund is typically issued within 30 days.
Fees and Payments
How much is the security deposit, and when is it due?
Your security deposit at Araceli is $500, with half due when you’re approved and the other half due at move-in, so it’s split into two easy steps.
Are utilities included in the rent?
No, utilities are not included in the rent and are billed separately to each resident.
Which Wi-Fi providers can I use?
Wi-Fi is provided by Araceli, so you can skip the extra setup and enjoy a smoother move-in experience.
How can I pay my rent?
You can pay your rent online through our Residents Portal for everyday convenience, or you’re welcome to pay in person if that’s easier for you.
Are there other fees, such as monthly amenity fees or technology fees?
Yes, there is an $85 monthly technology fee, and it includes in-home Wi-Fi, common area Wi-Fi, the boiler system, and the entry system, helping support the everyday conveniences that keep the community running smoothly.
Parking
Is parking available? Is there an additional parking fee?
Yes, parking is available right here at the community, so you can keep your vehicle close to home. Pricing is $135 for one spot or $200 for tandem parking.
Are there any restrictions on overnight guests?
Overnight guests are welcome at Araceli. If they plan to park on-site, guest parking requires payment.
Are there EV Charging stations?
Yes, EV charging stations are available at Araceli for added everyday convenience.

Submitting a maintenance request is easy. You can send it online through your Resident Portal, so our team receives it quickly and can take it from there.

We aim to address maintenance requests within 24 hours, and emergency issues are handled within 1 hour.

Do you allow pets in the apartments?
Yes, we welcome pets at Araceli. Cats and dogs are allowed, so your companion can feel right at home with you.
Is there a pet deposit or a monthly pet fee?
Yes, there is a $30 monthly pet rent per household, and you can have up to two pets in your apartment home.
